Stats for 2011: 220 households used PEP for the first time in 2011. Single person households numbered 207 and 53 households have 6 or more residents.
New Hours for PEP: 2nd Monday of each month, from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm and the last Saturday of each month, from 9:00 am - noon.
Trash bags (33 gallon and 13 gallon size) are being added to our inventory in January. Thanks to all who support PEP with their time, product or financial donations.

About PEP
The Personal Essentials Pantry (PEP) supplies free items to qualifying households to help keep their families and homes clean. Qualifying households will be asked to show a card from any Food Pantry, the Food Share program or the WIC program and clergy referrals are also accepted. Each qualifying household is permitted to use the PEP once a month, for a total of six visits each calendar year.
Products Distributed:
- Soap: laundry, dish, dishwasher and bar soap
- Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, denture brushes, denture cleansers and denture adhesive
- Shampoo, deodorant
- Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags
- Diapers for adults and children, wipes
- Feminine products
- Combs, razors, band aids
- Home cleaning solution
Donations and Volunteers
Donations of products or money may be dropped off at the church’s office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. till noon. 100% of all cash contributions are used to purchase items for distribution.
Volunteers are required to attend a short training, conducted by Dennis Nelson. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator Cheryl McDonald at 715-362-1588 to arrange training.
